| 目的：从资源分布的角度分析宁夏2012-2016年五个地区的卫生资源配置情况，为省级卫生资源配置和规划提供参考。方法：通过熵权法计算各年资源分布指数（IRD）权重，并从IRD结果对宁夏卫生资源配置状况进行分析和讨论。结果：宁夏各年IRD数值保持稳定，但地区间有明显差距。结论：将熵权法用于IRD测算是卫生资源配置研究方法的新探索；建议优化经费、技术人员和设施等卫生资源投入，逐步缩小地区间差距。 |

| Objective: From the perspective of resource distribution, analyz ing health resource allocations in five districts of Ningxia from 2012-2016, so as to provide references for further health resource allocation and plan. Methods: The Resource Distribution Index (IRD) weight of each year was calculated by Entropy Weight method, and the allocation of health resources in Ningxia was analyzed and discussed based on the results of IRD. Results: Ningxia IRD values of each year remain stable, bu t there is a significant gap between regions. Conclusion: The entropy weight method is used to calculate the IRD, which is a new exploration of the research method of health resource allocation. It is suggested to optimize health resources allocation , such as funds, human resources and facilities，gradually narrow the gap between regions |
