| 为数量庞大的异地就医群体提供即时结算服务是近年来医改热点之一。从相关概念与国家政策设计入手，厘清异地就医和异地就医实时结算的内涵与种类，分析现有政策导向，提出异地就医实时结算面临的主要问题。在医药卫生体制改革的新阶段，结合各地相关的改革、实践，针对性地提出异地就医实时结算的实现路径。 |
