| 目的：研究民营医院与公立医院之间医疗共享资源利益决策问题，探寻民营医院和公立医院共生协同的内在机理；方法：利用最大化法深入研究民营医院与公立医院决策机制；结果：在医疗共享资源供给大于需求时，民营医院和公立医院共生协同合作能够带来额外的医疗服务市场总利益，民营医院与公立医院协同决策优于独立决策；在医疗共享资源供给小于需求情况下，两者协同决策不能给医疗服务市场带来额外利益。结论：为了能够充分利用医疗资源，更好地服务居民，同时促使医疗服务市场总利益最大化，建议搭建信息协同平台、形成有效的协同机制以及建立协同绩效评价。 |

| Objective: The target is to study the problem of the interests decision-making and allocation about sharing medical resources between private hospitals and public hospitals research, and to explore the internal symbiosis mechanism of them; Methods: in order to study in depth the decision-making and benefit distribution mechanism of private hospitals and public hospitals by the maximization method; Results: The symbiotic cooperation private of hospitals and public hospitals can bring the total additional benefits of the medical service market when the supply of the sharing medical resources is greater than that of demand. Collaborative decision is better than independent decision-making between private hospitals and public hospitals. When the supply of sharing in medical resources is less than demand situation, the symbiotic cooperation decisions of both hospitals can not bring additional benefits from the medical service market. The research shows “the contribution coefficient of medical service market is the more, and the profit distribution coefficient is greater”. Conclusion: in order to make full use of medical resources, to better serve the residents and to maximize the total benefit of the medical service market, it is recommended to build the information platform, the formation of effective coordination mechanism and the establishment of collaborative performance evaluation |
