| 大陆近几年的医改在药品管理上实施了一系列大动作，如放开药品的政府定价、药品实行零加成、药品招标采购实行“招采合一”、“两票制”等。台湾的健康保险制度在国际上享有较高声誉，其中对于药品的管理也有一套成熟的规范体系。将两岸在药品上的管理制度进行对比评析，汲取台湾药品制度中的先进之处，可以为大陆当前的药品管理改革提供借鉴。 |

| Abstract: |
| The mainland has taken a series of actions on drugs’ implementation in recent years. Taiwan’s health insurance system enjoys a high international reputation, and its management of drugs also has a mature standard system. Comparing the drug management system between the two regions, then learning from Taiwan’s advantage, the mainland can be provided reference in current drug management reform. |
