落实公立医院薪酬制度改革试点工作的几点建议

摘要:
我国公立医院薪酬制度未能充分体现行业特性和知识价值导向。文章基于公平理论的外部公平、内部公平和个人公平,从开展公立医院薪酬制度改革试点的角度,提出了合理确定公立医院薪酬水平、优化公立医院薪酬结构、落实公立医院分配自主权和综合推进人事编制制度改革的具体策略建议。

Abstract:
The compensation system of public hospitals in China fails to fully reflect the characteristics of the industry and the value orientation of knowledge. Based on the outer justice, inner justice and individual justice of the equity theory, from the perspective of the reform of the compensation system of public hospitals, this study puts forward specific policy recommendations, include rationally determine the salary level of public hospitals, optimize the salary structure of public hospitals, implement the autonomy of public hospitals, and comprehensively promote the reform of personnel system
