| 医疗保险支付方式改革是规范医疗服务提供方行为、控制成本、提高效率的重要手段，也是进一步推广深化医药卫生体制改革的重要举措。2009年新医改以来，中央和地方政府愈加重视医保支付方式改革的作用，各地医保部门也积极开展改革试点。本文通过梳理针对我国各地按人头付费、按病种付费以及总额预付试点改革的国内外相关研究，对试点经验以及成效进行评述，并提出相应的政策建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| The payment method in social health insurance is an important tool for regulating health providers’ behavior , as well as to control cost and promote efficiency. It is also a key area for comprehensive healthcare system reform. Since the new healthcare reform in 2009, the central and local government have been paying more attention to payment reform. Various pilots have been established in China including capitation, bundle payment and global payment. Scholars have evaluated the effectiveness of these pilot studies. We summarize and analyze the existing literature to provide lessons learned and policy implications for the next step of payment reform. |
