| 精准扶贫是2016年党中央的重点工作。本文从医保的角度分析了精准健康扶贫主要案例，通过比较不同的扶贫政策的优劣以及带来的效果，提出应加强对扶贫对象精准识别，提高医疗救助的筹资水平，健康扶贫优先按病种提高重大疾病的保障水平，控制患者个人的自负医疗费用负担，从而实现对扶贫对象的精准脱贫。 |

| Abstract: |
| Taking targeted measures to help people lift themselves out of poverty is the key work of the central Committee in 2016 . At the point of medical insurance, this paper analyzes some typical cases. At the same time we compared the advantages and disadvantages of different policies for poverty alleviation and put forward some measures like strengthen the recognition of impoverished person, improve the financing level of medical assistance, enhance the level of medical security of major diseases and release the burden of personal medical expense .So that we can achieve the goal of letting impoverished person out of poverty. |
