| 目的：对心脏病手术患者住院费用进行DRGs组合。方法：建立回归树模型，对2014年河南省39所综合医院的4216例心脏病手术患者病例首页数据进行分析。结果：模型共产生9个DRGs分组， RIV值为0.5468，分组CV值在0.129-0.435之间。结论：利用回归树模型进行DRGs组合效果良好。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: DRGs combination of hospital charges of patients undergoing cardiac surgery. Methods: a regression tree model was established to analyze the data of 4216 patients undergoing cardiac surgery in 39 general hospitals in Henan Province (Year 2014). Results: a total of 9 DRGs groups were generated in the model, Reduction in Variance(RIV)was 0.5468, Coefficient of Variation(CV) was between 0.129-0.435.Conclusion:the regression tree model provide a good basis on the DRGs grouper of patients undergoing cardiac surgery. |
