| 目的:分析调查地区新农合支付方式改革的控费效果，并深入分析影响因素。方法：全国新农合支付方式改革典型地区调查及数据分析。结果：调查地区支付方式改革对医疗费用的不合理增长起到了一定的控制作用，但受支付方式改革覆盖率、就医人次、医疗机构积极性等多方面因素影响。结论：应提高支付方式改革覆盖率，科学测算支付标准，提高医疗机构积极性，建立分级诊疗制度，吸引病人在基层医疗机构就医。 |

| Objective: Analyze the results of medical cost control and influencing factors of provider payment system reforms in New cooperative medical scheme. Methods: The investigation and data analysis of sampled areas. Results: The growth of medical cost in sampled areas had been controlled to some extent, but affected by the coverage rate, enthusiasm of medical institutions and so on. Conclusion: Rise the coverage rate, calculating the payment standard scientifically, setup a hierarchical medical system |
