| 摘 要 药品作为一种特殊的商品，其合理的价格形成机制关系到人民的健康水平和医药卫生行业的和谐发展。目前，国外对药品价格的管理已趋于价值定价，且较好地起到了控制药品价格、提高资源利用率以及促进制药企业研发的目的。基于此，本文充分借鉴国际经验，将价值定价的思想引入我国的药品价格管理体系，提出了基于药品价值的分级定价、调价机制。该方法对价值不同的药品制定不同的价格，价值越高者价格则相应越高，能够充分体现“优质优价”的原则，确保药品价格与价值的统一。 |

| Abstract As a special commodity, the reasonable price formation mechanism of drug is related to people’s health and the harmonious development of health care industry. Nowadays, the management of drug price in foreign countries tend to be value-based pricing, it can not only control drug prices well but also improve the utilization rate of resources and motivation to develop new drugs. Therefore, this paper put forward the mechanism of drug pricing and price-adjusting based on classification of drug value. This method can set different prices according to different value and ensure the unity of price and value. The higher the value, the higher the price will be. |
