| 摘要: |
| 目的：重点分析了医疗保险以及各种环保行为是否能减轻个体健康状况受环境污染的影响。方法：建立有序logit模型，利用CGSS数据库2010年的数据进行实证研究。主要结论及结果：环境污染对居民健康状况存在一定的影响，特别是工业烟尘和二氧化硫的排放对个体健康水平呈现显著的负面影响;居民对医疗保险和环保行为的选择能有效地减弱这种影响；而具有低教育水平的个体或老年人由于更加缺乏环保意识或所享有的医疗保险不够健全使得他们无法很好的规避环境污染对健康造成的损害。 |

| Motivation: To analyze whether medical insurance and environment protective behavior can alleviate the influence of environmental pollutions on individual s’ health status? Methods: Using the data of CGSS(2010) to do the empirical analysis. Results: Environmental pollutions have negative impac t on residents’ health status . Among which, emissions of industrial dust and sulfur dioxide have a significant negative influence. Meanwhile, residents’ environment protective behaviors and medical insurance can alleviate such effects. For the reason of relatively lack of environment protective consciousness and uncompleted medical insurance ，those who have relatively low education level and old people cannot effectively alleviate the damage s brought by environmental pollutions. |
