| 许多国家针对各类癌症制定出不同水平的筛查和治疗规划，但筛查率并不理想。本文回顾了2005年1月至2016年7月间国内外学者在离散选择实验用于癌症筛查偏好领域的研究进展，介绍了利用DCE研究癌症领域筛查偏好的背景与方法，梳理出影响人群参加癌症筛查的主要因素，为国内癌症筛查工作的进一步开展提供理论依据。 |

| Different levels of screening and treatment planning for many kinds of cancers have been made in many countries. This paper was to review the studies about analyzing stated preference for cancer screening by discrete choice experiments from January 2005 to July 2016. It introduced the background and method of DCE, identified the main factors affecting the attendance of cancer screening, and provided theoretical foundation for further development of cancer screening in China. |
