本文通过对基尼系数计算方法的比较,选择较为简便的张建华基尼系数计算方法,对医院绩效薪酬二次分配结果进行公平性探讨。该研究探讨有利于医院管理者整体把握绩效二次分配的结构及水平,便于及时调整绩效二次分配方案,使绩效薪酬分配结果更加符合方案设计,体现绩效薪酬的激励导向作用。 |

Abstract: |
There are several methods to calculate Gini coefficient(GC). A simple one developed by Jianhua Zhang was selected to evaluate the fairness of the sencond performance distribution in our hospital. It was found that Zhang’s method gave the management some benefits to control the structure and level of the second performance distribution. And it also provides easy way to find quickly the problems encountered so as to make reponse continually |
