| 混合所有制医院与传统的公立医院或民营医院相比经营性质较为复杂。本文从明确政府及相关部门、投资主体、医院经营层之间的制度性法律关系出发，探索混合所有制医院发展规律，研究其管理体制与运行机制，提出对策建议。 |

| Compared with the tranditional public hospital and private hospital, the operation characteristic is relatively complex in mixed ownership hospital. Institutional legal nexus has been made clear among government, relevant department, subject of investment and hospital operation department in this paper. And the paper discussed the development rule in mixed ownership hospital, researched the management system and operation mechanism in mixed ownership hospital, put forward the countermeasures and advices. |
