| 互动源于社会学与经济学，注重双方或多方主体的非单向作用与相互影响。然而在医疗卫生服务领域，大部分研究倾向于以医疗机构功能与职责定位为核心的分工协作机制的探讨，医疗机构层级间互动的研究较为少见。基于整合理论与系统思维，对于一直处于医疗卫生领域发展薄弱环节的农村地区，医疗机构层级间的良性互动的构建是实现医疗卫生服务连续性与可及性的有效途径。 |

| Abstract: |
| Interaction originated from the sociology and economics, emphasizing the bidirectional function and influence of all or both subjects. In the field of medical and health services, however, the researchers pay more attention to division and cooperation, which is based on function and responsibility of the medical institutions, instead of the study on interaction among the hierarchical medical institutions. Based on the theory of integration and system, the construction of the virtuous interaction among the hierarchical medical institutions in rural areas will be one of the effective approaches to health service continuity and accessibility. |
