| 在医院的管理体系中，管理会计占据着重要的地位，随着管理会计的发展，财务分析在管理会计中起着更加不可忽视的作用，财务分析直接体现出医院运营状况、资金流动方向、收支比例等等。文章中从医院的管理系统入手，对医院财务分析在管理中起到的作用进行评估，并且点出其中所存在的问题，提出合理的、系统的、可行性的方案。使用层次分析法从管理会计角度构建医院财务分析评级体系，从而对医院的社会承担能力及经营状况进行合理的评价。 |
