| 目的：探讨县级公立医院次均住院费用的主要影响因素，为合理控制医疗费用提供线索和参考依据。方法：采用单因素分析对100家县级公立医院2015年的出院人次及费用、医院规模、高值耗材和检查设备等数据进行统计分析。结果：该省县级公立医院的次均住院费用水平在4000元左右；财政补助水平及人员支出占比与县级公立医院的次均住院费用呈负相关，而医院的医疗成本、固定资产、乙类大型检查设备种数、卫生技术人员数与县级公立医院的次均住院费用均呈正相关。结论：从财政补助、人员支出占比、大型检查设备、卫生技术人员数量等方面入手控制县级公立医院的医疗费用将是可行和有效的策略。 |

| Objective: To investigate the main factors of the inpatients expenses in the county-level public hospitals,and provide reference for reasonable costs. Methods: Single factor analysis was used to analyze the discharge passengers and expenses, as well as the hospital size, high value consumables,inspection equipment and other data collected through 100 county-level public hospitals of the province in 2015.Results: The average expenses of county-level public hospitals in the province are about 4000 yuan;The level of financial assistance and personnel expenses accounting were negatively correlated with the medical expenses for county-level public hospitals,but the hospital’s medical costs, fixed assets, inspection equipment large number of species B,and the number of health workers were positively correlated. Conclusion: Financial assistance, personnel costs accounting,large B inspection equipment, health workers were correlated with the cost of county-level public hospitals , for which we can start to control medical costs from the above aspects. |
