| 目的：了解Andersen卫生服务利用行为模型（以下简称为“Andersen模型”）及其演变过程。方法：通过文献研究法搜集Andersen模型首次构建（1968）至今发表的文献，并整理分析。结果：Andersen模型经过四个阶段的发展日趋完善，形成了包含倾向性特征、能力和需要的三大类决定因素的模型。结论：Andersen模型是研究卫生服务利用的经典理论模型之一，深入理解模型框架是分析卫生服务利用影响因素、研究卫生服务可及性以及提出可行建议的有效方法。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective: Learn about Andersen’s health services utilization behavioral model (hereinafter referred to as "Andersen’s Model") and its evolution. Methods: This study collected published literatures about Andersen’s model the first time it constructed (1968) till now to classify and analyze. Results: After four stages of evolution, it has developed into a perfect model contains three categories of determinants: a. predisposing characteristics. b. enabling characteristics. c. need based characteristics. Conclusion: Andersen’s healthcare utilization model is one classic theory model in healthcare utilization. Deep understanding of model’s framework is an effective way to analyze factors that influence health services utilization, study access to health services and propose practical recommendations. |
