护士绩效工资合理性分配探讨

摘要:
作为医院第一大群体的护士队伍,绩效工资分配制度直接影响着他们工作积极性,分析总结目前护士绩效工资分配存在的8大不足和缺陷,提出“重视”护士绩效工资分配的5大措施和方法,提高护士工作的积极性,从而有助于提升医疗服务质量和医院的综合绩效。

Abstract:
As the first big hospital group of nurse team, performance salary distribution system directly affects their work enthusiasm, analysis to summarize the nursing performance eight deficiencies and defects existing in the wage distribution, put forward "seriously" nurse five measures and methods of the performance salary allocation, improve the enthusiasm of nurses work which helps to improve the medical service quality and the comprehensive performance of hospital.
