| 时间权衡法是测量健康效用值常见方法之一，其结果被广泛应用于EQ-5D量表积分体系的构建及计算质量调整生命年。传统时间权衡法在测量差于死亡健康状态时具有一定的局限，为此学者们开发出一系列新的时间权衡法来弥补传统方法的不足。本文对不同时间权衡法在健康效用值研究中的应用进行了阐述和比较，应根据研究目的的不同选择适宜的时间权衡法。对现有方法的完善和新方法的探索还有待进一步的深入研究。 |

| Abstract: |
| Time trade off(TTO) is one of the most common methods used to measure health utility , which is widely applied in developing EQ-5D value sets and calculating QALYs. Traditional TTO has some limitations in the valuation of health states considered worse than dead. Therefore, a series of new TTO approaches have been developed. We introduced and compared the application of different time trade off methods in health utility studies. The use of a specific TTO method should be chosen by research objects. A further exploration of TTO needs to be conducted. |
