| 目的:分析陕西省农村妇女乳腺癌免费筛查项目取得的成效并对其进行经济学评价，为项目的持续有效进行提供政策建议；方法：通过现场调查和机构调查获取数据资料，以检查覆盖率、检出率、增量成本效果/人均GDP、成本-效益比等指标对项目运行效果进行评价；结果：妇女对乳腺癌检查的参与及乳腺癌防治知识知晓情况较低，从2009年至2014年，检查覆盖率由0.31%增加到1.04%，检出率为24.63/10万增加到83.44/10万，增量成本效果/人均GDP由8.91下降到2.64，成本-效益比由13.09下降到3.88；结论：加强宣传教育工作，扩大检查项目的实施范围，增加检查投入，优化成本结构，继续深化推行现有方案，提高检查效果。 |

| Objective：To analyze the effect of the free screening program for breast cancer among rural women in Shaanxi province and evaluate the economic evaluation, and provide policy recommendations for the project;Methods：Field investigation and institutional survey were used to obtain data, the effect was measured by using the coverage rate、cancer detection rate、Incremental cost effectiveness and per capita GDP ratio、cost-benefit ratio and so on.Results:The Participation rate and awareness rate for the breast cancer prevention knowledge were low,from 2009 to 2014,the coverage rate increased from 0.31% to 1.04%, the detection rate increased from 24.63/10 to 83.44/10 million, Incremental cost effectiveness and per capita GDP ratio decreased from 8.91 to 2.64, the cost - benefit ratio decreased from 13.09 to 3.88;Conclusion:Strengthen the publicity and education,expand the scope of the inspection projects, increase the investment in inspection, optimize the cost structure, continue to deepen the existing programs to improve the effectiveness of inspection. |
