| 2006年意大利针对高值药品实施绩效风险分担协议，该政策的实施有效提高了重特大疾病患者的可负担性与药物可及性，同降低了政府财政负担。目前，我国正探索实施高值药品谈判政策，文章通过介绍意大利绩效风险分担协议的背景、主要内容、谈判流程以及政策，以期为我国高值药品谈判政策的实施提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| In 2006, Italy has implemented the Good Practices for Performance-Based Risk-Sharing Arrangements (PBRSAs) for high value drugs for critical illnesses. This policy has increased affordability and availability of drugs for critical illness and reduced the financial burden of government. At present, our country is researching the negotiation policy of high value drugs for critical illnesses. The study wants to provide our country with reference to the innovative negotiation policy of high value drugs for critical illnesses by introducing the background, main content, negotiation process and policies of PBRSAs in Italy. |
