| 合理设计医生的薪酬支付制度，不仅能充分体现医生劳动价值、调动医生积极性，而且能提高医疗服务的质量和效率、保障患者安全、有效控制医疗服务费用和医疗保险支出。文章通过回顾美国公共医疗保险（Medicare）对医生薪酬支付方式改革以及详细介绍最新的按价值付费的支付模式，旨在为完善我国医生薪酬支付体系提供有益的借鉴。 |

| Rational design of the physician payment system, not only can fully reflect the value of physicians’ services and arouse the enthusiasm of physicians, but also can improve the quality and efficiency of medical services, and ensure the safety of patients, and effectively control the health care expenditure. This article reviews the reform of physician payment and the new pay-for-value model of Medicare in the United States, aiming to provide useful references for China to improve the physician payment system. |
