| 作为个体开业行医的主要承载机构和组织形式，诊所在我国的发展趋势，反映了我国医务人员自由执业的情况。建国以来，我国诊所机构经历了允许、限制、重新允许、支持和鼓励四个发展阶段。本文根据文献资料对建国后的诊所机构管理文件进行了系统梳理，分析其特征和社会影响，以期为现有管理政策的进一步完善提供参考。 |

| Abstract: |
| Clinic was a mainly organization form for doctor to open individual business in china. The development process of clinic reflect the situation of medical staff free practice. The process of clinic in china including four stages which were authorization, limitations, re-authorization, support and encourage. This study investigates the policy of clinic in China and analyzes its characteristics and social influence, for providing policy recommendations to perfect existing policies. |
